Main Club Contact
Only persons in your club with access to the Venue Registration Portal can make this change by following the steps below:
- Login to the Venue Registration Portal.
- Navigate to the ‘Basic Details‘ section.
- Select ‘Contact Details‘ sub section.
- Scroll down to the page and fill in the ‘Organisation phone no‘ and ‘Organisation e-mail address‘. These values will populate the Club main contact on the LTA League result page. So please make sure that these are up to date.
- You can also edit the main contact person here, although their names will not be displayed..
Note: The main club contact’s phone number and email address are publicly visible on the LTA league platform to all site visitors.
Club League Admins (see the club admin’s key roles)
Players must be assigned the ‘County and District League Contact’ role in order to become Club League Admins.
- Log in to the Venue Registration Portal: Access the portal with your LTA member credentials.
- Select Your Venue: Navigate to your club’s venue details.
- Under Registration details select ‘View and update details’ then scroll down to ‘Team” section and select “Venue team“
- Select “Add new contact”: This option allows you to add a new person to the role.
- Assign the Role “County and District League Contact”
- Click “Save and Continue” at the bottom of the page to complete the process.
Note: Club League admin contacts are shown in club search (find club) and visible only to logged-in admins and captains.
Captains (see captains’ key roles)
Club League admin above will be able to add, delete and edit captain for each team through the club admin dashboard. All captains must make sure to have their contact details up-to-date on their LTA Advantage account.
Note: Captain contacts are shown in match and fixture details; club admins see all, captains only their division — visible to logged-in users only.
