Fixtures may be rearranged.

Any changes must be updated in the online system by this date.

Principle: at least half of the matches should be scheduled before year-end, and half in the new year.
After 30th September:

Matches may still be rearranged if both captains agree.

Either captain has the right to refuse a change.
Responsibility:
The home captain is responsible for updating the online system with the new fixture date once any change is agreed.
