Link club to your venue
Add your club as your affiliated venues on your account page. If you’ve already done this but are still not recognized as a player for your club, you must REMOVE the club from your venues, then add it again and save your changes to reset the system.
Complete Competition Eligibility Form
Complete your Competition Eligibility Form on your Personal Details page. To compete, you must select ‘Male’ or ‘Female’ as your competition gender—no other options are accepted to be eligible to play in the NSTL. Once you submit this form, it cannot be edited again. Any changes must be requested through LTA League Support. Be sure to choose the correct gender for the league you’re entering. Please note: this competition eligibility gender is separate from the gender in your account settings. Your account gender can be set and reset however you like and will not affect how you are listed as a player in your club, as long as your competition eligibility gender is set correctly.
If you’ve completed all the steps above but are still listed as an Unknown Player, please contact the league support team. Include your full name, your club and LTA Advantage Membership number, and ask them to resolve the issue for you.
